. . . he has a "plan." Hikage-san spoke of it to me when he visited me in the dungeon. Steph-san is likely included in it, too.
I don't know who else might be a part of their alliance, but. . .
[whatever their plan is, he is pretty sure it'll be to bring things to a preferable end]
