I also noticed we didn't receive a wishing well token for correctly identifying a killer, just as we didn't receive one last week when the populace voted out Takamaki instead of me. You may have not touched the knife, but was it the knife that killed him?

[He lets out a slight laugh.]

And Natsuo was the one who triggered the contraption by accident. We didn't even know of the chandelier or the ballroom when we were planning the murder, if you're wondering. It was all a remarkable, yet unfortunate circumstance for Natsuo.

Although the unfortunate reality of my profession is that sometimes, we can only catch criminals after they've committed a wrong.
