[Week 5, Sunday: Waver, Rebecca, Natsuo]
[he knows that Waver is. . . probably not in the best state of mind at the moment. but what Akechi has to share is Important with a capital I. and so, soon after the execution, he gathers up the remaining Historians and ushers them to the library for an information sharing session]
I apologize for the short notice, and the. . . [waves. a hand] Timing of this meeting.
But I've discovered how to reach a "happy ending" for this game. I've also learned about the other extra titles, much like our own, that exist in this war game.
I'd rather not wait until Monday to tell you all.

—Belph also told me he knows all the Historians now. What do you think about working with him?
[ For additional titles, etc. ]
no subject
Only if he gives us the name of the other Vizier.
no subject
And what does he get in return? That won't convince him.
[ them joining forces is clearly just to their advantage, not his? ]
no subject
I was using your identities as leverage, to try and coax the other Vizier out of him. There goes that attempt.
no subject
I can ask him tomorrow? He told me the Villains without any trouble, but maybe the Vizier is more of a secret.

[ Natsuo probably scares Belph a little, actually.
But Akechi's also a murderer so maybe that's fair ]

I wonder if he has been lucky enough to find the identities of the Editors.

I'm quite worried about this list, though. Only four villains remaining...

You know, how we can't tell everybody we're Historians in public? I think it might be like that.
Anyway, he said in a few days he might be able to tell us who sent those letters out.
no subject
It was Varian-san. He signed the letter "a friend."
no subject
Did you not tell him that we were sending out that letter or...? Did he just want to double up to make it sound more convincing?
no subject
[AKECHI IS A BIT SORE THAT VARIAN DIDN'T!! TELL HIM!!]
In the end, I don't think having it confirmed from two separate sources was a bad thing. And the jars are exceedingly clever.

[As in "your mark" instead of anything else.]
Yeah, I think it was a good outcome. Hearing it twice means they're more likely to actually believe it. I've gotten calls to help Evan, Hikage and an unknown Civilian with their objectives... I think it's Cardia since it involves pumpkins.

—Did you already know about Zelos? Did you talk with Eichi about something?
no subject
No, I didn't know about Zelos-san. Why do you ask?
no subject
He used Zelos as an example, but I guess it's 'cause he's an obvious target...
[ An Asshole target and not a Villain target, but ]

I'm merely afraid that they'll end up overdoing it and kill too many villains.
no subject
Yes, I'm afraid of that as well. Or that the large number of Heroes will make them too confident.
[and then they'll overdo it on the heroes. . .]
