I received the assistance of someone with a particular title. They were kind enough to offer to heal my injuries for me.

I can make the suggestion, but whether they follow through is their decision. You know how important it is for us to keep our titles, gifts and objectives a secret.

Someone who was willing to out their title to you, especially in a way that would reveal the existence of their ability to others? Either they really liked your face or they have an investment in your well-being.

[that's. . . harsh. but Akechi can't say the thought hasn't crossed his mind. who would out their title so easily to him, anyway?? apparently the person who healed his scars]

That too! They could just be an idiot. Though if that's the case, then I do hope they'll consider doing Shirasu a favour.

At any rate, I did have a question for you, if you have a moment.

Is this going to be another maybe-implication that I was involved in a murder like last time?

I wanted to ask how much you knew about the stories behind all of the listed titles we were given.

[have you considered doing interrogations like a normal person, akechi.]

... I wouldn't call myself a fairy tale expert, and there are a few on the list I've never read, so I don't know anything about those—but I'd say I'm familiar with most of them?

Yes, I'm the same. A library would make it far easier to reach into the titles I don't know, but since we're being deprived of same, I thought I'd attempt to make comparisons with someone else.

Dunno how much help I'll be. The ones I'm missing are the more obscure ones anyway.

The reason I wished to compare notes is because I realized that some objectives and gifts matched their titles extraordinarily well. Even if you only know the gift or the objective, you can link it back to a title so long as you're familiar with the narrative from which it comes.

Yeah, seems like it. Gi-gan's and Sharpay's fit pretty well, didn't they?
