I did want to talk about this past week's Blotters. One of them was executed for being partnerless, did you know?

Don't Blotters work together? You an Ann did, right? Any idea what happened there? She sounded like she wouldn't kill her own partner.

They do, yes. But that doesn't prevent them from working alone, as I pointed out at trial. Further, we don't know it was the second Blotter that killed Monika and Hijikata. It could have been someone unrelated.

Whatever kills happen have to be approved by the Crafters, right? That's about all we know for sure.

Ugh. They're not exactly forthcoming with information either.

They aren't. And they're very particular with the information they give out, too.

How often do you think they lie? Or are they just being very careful with what they say to us.

I doubt they're lying.

I believe they're being very careful about what they say to us. Choosing their words carefully, so they may be misleading but not an outright lie.
